Buyer’s Agreement Requirement
To participate in our offers, you must sign a Buyer’s Agreement with a PORTFOLIO agent—this is a legally binding contract that establishes our professional representation. You must be 18 years or older to enter into such an agreement in Hawaii.
Free Drinks/Cocktails at The Veranda
- This offer is available only to active home buyers who have signed a Buyer’s Agreement with a PORTFOLIO agent.
- It is offered at our sole discretion, based on the information you provide at the time of signing.
- You must be present on Oahu and staying at The Kahala to redeem this offer.
- This offer is non-transferable and limited to one per active property-buying entity (e.g., an individual, married couple, etc.).
- If the drink contains alcohol, you must be 21 or older (as per U.S. law). Non-alcoholic drinks are also included in this offer.
Free Nights at The Kahala
- Your PORTFOLIO agent must handle the booking.
- Free nights must be booked consecutively and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- While we’ll do our best to secure the room type for which you qualify, availability isn’t guaranteed.
- If your preferred room isn’t available, we may offer a substitute of equal or lesser value at The Kahala.
- Your agent will guide you through the redemption process to ensure everything goes smoothly.

While we enjoy celebrating with our clients, we strictly adhere to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and Hawaii state laws. To Visit the PORTFOLIO Office
(the most direct route)
- Go to Kahala Hotel’s main lobby,
- Walk outside toward the parking valets,
- Walk toward Arancino
- Turn left and walk past Arancino to the far end of the circular drive,
- PORTFOLIO’s office is the last door on your right. You will see our sign on an interior office wall through our windows & glass doors.
