Lauren O. Victoria
Lauren is your woman for all things real estate. Whether it be buying, selling, renovating, designing, or property management, she’s done it all. She has designed and renovated over a dozen homes – one of which was featured on HGTV. With Lauren’s expertise and good eye your needs will be met with her trademark moxie and clever witticisms along the way.
Lauren has worked in the real estate industry for over 7 years. With her eye for design, her expert home staging moves both standard and luxury homes with measurable effect.
In addition to sales, she runs PORTFOLIO’s Nightly Vacation Rental Division. She exceeds an 86% occupancy rate for the 22 (and counting) properties that she manages. Through her world travels, she knows what makes guests feel at home away from home.
When Lauren is not working, you can find her at the Pilates studio or snuggled at home with her two cats, a book, and a dirty martini or a glass of wine.

A Peek behind the Curtain
Eight countries and counting! Lauren’s slowly but surely exploring the world. So far her two favorite places were Tuscany and Beijing. London holds a soft spot in her heart since, at age 19, she studied abroad there.
Homemade pizza night with friends & family is Lauren’s fave way to live her passion for food. Babaganoush night runs a close second. She tries to take a cooking class in every country she visits.
While Lauren will tell you how much she hates sweating, you’ll happily find her doing Pilates, lifting weights with her trainer, going for long walks, biking to the beach, and trying to surf.

Carl’s friend (and client) list is a real Who’s Who. Obama. Clinton. Herb Alpert. Prince Moulay Rachid of Morocco. Carl is proud to call them all friends. Gaining audience with persons of great wealth and power was never something he set out to do, it comes to him naturally, and those who value discretion simply seem to find Carl.
