Not all primary suites are built the same, not even within Anaha. Having seen both floor plans (see top image in this popup window), Stack A‘s floor plan is vastly bigger, and in this case, bigger is infinitely better! The wider view is more glorious and immersive. We can walk (not climb) around the foot of our king-size bed. Inn the bigger space between the bed and the window, we’ve had arm chairs, makeup and/or decorative tables, trees, and currently, an oversized beanbag chair to flop into and watch the sunset in private. None of this is possible in Stack B‘s smaller primary suite.
We’ve provided the developer’s floor plans for comparison. They’ve drawn them with queen-size beds. Drag the center slider up and down to see how much more luxurious, user-friendly space is provided to the primary suite in this Stack A home. The extra space is given to the guest bedroom in Stack B units.

[Bed]Room #3
Our best guess is that this space was planned and permitted by Howard Hughes, the builder/developer, as a den/media room. In fact, it is pictured that way in the original sales brochure. However, with the addition of an Inspired® Closets custom designed and installed Murphy bed with shelving unit it functions very well as a 3rd bedroom when needed. Mostly, we’ve used it as an office, yoga, meditation, and rehearsal space.

The custom cabinetry and closet organizers that about here ensure that every square inch of storage easy-access. We stan!

Doubly Secure
Don’t worry if you can’t remember when you last changed the smoke alarm battery, these are hardwired to the building’s grid. If the grid goes down, well, that is when you’re batteries have your back, so maybe change them yearly anyway.

Wet when Wild
As a message to the universe that you’re prepared (and because it’s the law), the building is fit with a sprinkler system. Buying modern has it’s advantages.

So Refreshing
Given the astounding effect of the high-quality, low-e, tinted glass in the curtain wall, we wouldn’t be surprised if you rarely use the central AC. We turned it on anyway and found it very quickly dropped the temp a little too low.
